This policy applies to everyone who uses Tandmade and to every Site, preview and review link hosted on it. It is part of the Agreement. If you or your Site breach it, we may remove content, suspend or terminate, as Section 7 describes. You are responsible for your Authorized Users, Clients and Connected Agents complying with it.
Illegal and harmful content
You may not create, host, import or distribute content that:
- sexually exploits or endangers children — we remove it immediately and report it to the authorities;
- is terrorist content, or promotes or incites violence;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including images, fonts, video or code you have no licence for;
- defames, harasses or threatens anyone, or attacks people for a protected characteristic;
- shares intimate images without consent, or depicts real people in fabricated situations meant to deceive;
- publishes personal data without a lawful basis;
- is pornographic or sexually explicit;
- offers or promotes illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, counterfeits, unlicensed gambling, and unlicensed financial or investment services;
- breaches sanctions or export controls.
Deception and fraud
You may not use the Service for:
- phishing, collecting passwords or payment details under false pretences, or impersonating a person, company, brand or authority;
- scams, fake shops, fake reviews, or misleading claims about health, finance or results;
- distributing malware or unwanted software, or running cryptocurrency mining in visitors’ browsers;
- spam, including sending unsolicited messages through form emails, webhooks or invitations;
- copying a website or design that you do not own and are not authorised to copy, through URL import, Figma import, a migration or otherwise.
Security and platform abuse
You may not:
- probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities, except under Section 6;
- access other customers’ data, or circumvent sign-in, roles, limits, Credits, payments or the isolation of Site code;
- overload the Service, including denial-of-service attacks and load tests we have not approved in writing;
- use previews, review links, tandmade.link addresses or Site containers for anything other than building and running your Sites — for example mining, proxies, file hosting or bulk storage;
- create multiple accounts or Workspaces to obtain free Credits, or resell Credits or access;
- use automated means to access the Service other than our APIs and MCP server, within their limits.
AI Features
You may not use AI Features or Connected Agents to:
- produce anything this policy prohibits;
- extract system instructions, keys or other customers’ data, or manipulate the agent into attacking anyone;
- develop or train AI models that compete with our AI providers or with us.
You must also comply with the usage policy of our AI provider, currently the Anthropic Usage Policy.
Reporting illegal content
5.1 Anyone can report content on a Site that they consider illegal, under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act. Write to hey@tandmade.com and include:
- the exact address (URL) of the content;
- why you consider it illegal;
- your name and email, unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.
5.2 We confirm receipt, decide promptly, diligently and objectively, with human review, and tell you our decision and how to seek redress. We may forward your report to the customer responsible for the Site.
5.3 Authorities send orders to the same address. If we learn of information suggesting a criminal offence that threatens someone’s life or safety, we inform the competent authorities.
5.4 We may stop handling reports from someone who frequently submits manifestly unfounded reports, after warning them.
Security research
Report vulnerabilities to hey@tandmade.com. We will not pursue good-faith research that: tests only your own accounts and data; stops at the minimum needed to show the issue; does not degrade the Service; reports the issue promptly; and keeps it confidential until we have fixed it. Other testing is prohibited.
Enforcement
7.1 If we reasonably believe this policy is breached, we may: warn you; remove or disable content; take a Site, preview or review link offline; suspend AI Features; suspend or terminate your Workspace or account; preserve evidence; and report to the authorities. We choose a measure proportionate to the breach. In serious cases — child abuse material, phishing, malware or an active attack — we act immediately and without prior notice.
7.2 When we restrict content or a Site, we send the affected customer a statement of reasons: what we restricted, the facts we relied on, whether we used automated means, the legal or contractual ground, and how to contest the decision. We may withhold it where an authority’s order or the law requires.
7.3 You may contest a decision by replying to the statement of reasons within six months. A person who did not take the original decision reviews it, and we reverse it if it was wrong. You may also go to court.
7.4 Fees are not refunded for suspension or termination caused by a breach of this policy. We may update this policy under Section 18 of the Terms of Service.
